The Firm
A next-generation legal and financial platform — integrating advisory, structuring, and, subject to SRA authorisation, regulated legal services within a single structure.
Who we are
Knowledge Capital is a legal and financial platform established to serve sophisticated counterparties across complex, cross-border, and structurally demanding engagements. We combine deep financial expertise with the infrastructure of a regulated legal practice — currently going through the SRA authorisation process.
Our advisory and structuring capabilities are operational now. Knowledge Capital Law & Finance (KCLF) — the regulated law firm component — is being established as a UK Alternative Business Structure and is awaiting authorisation from the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
Once authorised, KCLF will deliver integrated legal and financial services within a single regulated entity — a structure that is rare in the UK market and designed specifically for the complexity of modern cross-border and digital asset transactions.
Regulatory status
SRA authorisation pending
KCLF is in the process of submitting its application to the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Authorisation has not yet been granted.
Advisory services active
Knowledge Capital's advisory, structuring, and financial services are available now and do not constitute reserved legal activities.
Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice. KCLF is not yet authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
Our principles
Legal and financial expertise housed within a single structure — eliminating the friction of coordinating separate advisers across complex transactions.
Every engagement is approached with rigour. We do not generalise. Our work is specific, considered, and built around the particular requirements of each counterparty.
We operate within clearly defined regulatory boundaries. KCLF will not provide legal services until authorised to do so. This is not a caveat — it is a commitment.
Our work is designed for sophisticated counterparties — institutions, funds, and principals who expect the same standard they would receive from a leading City firm.
